Who are we?

In 2013, Michelin-star winning chef Bruno Loubet poured his years of experience into creating a new restaurant, one which drew inspiration from his extensive travels and focused on the quality and provenance of each and every ingredient. The result was the award-winning Grain Store which opened in Kings Cross in 2013. Whilst the Kings Cross restaurant has since closed, Bruno’s legacy lives on at Gatwick
